The CRM rechecks availability and adds the reservation to Pending for seven days. The agreement and deposit must both be completed by then or the temporary reservation and date hold release automatically. Any signed agreement remains safely stored. Card entry happens only on Square’s secure checkout.

I reviewed these details and understand the date becomes booked only after I sign the agreement and the deposit is confirmed.
